Is anyone playing with vertical mouse?

Hi,

I need a new mouse. From ergonomics pov vertical mouse is much better. And POE2 is a bit less reliant on mouse dexterity.

Is anyone using vertical mouse for POE2? Any feedback, would be appreciated.

I hate using a vertical mouse for anything. Wouldn't consider it for gaming either.

I have a co-worker who loves his but he's the kind of guy who can't rotate a pdf so I have no idea how it would function in Poe2.

Definitely a preference kind of thing. I don't think there'd be any inherent benefit or drawback to it.

All I've seen was a couple reddit posts of people using them.

i use it. once you get use to it you cant go back.

For me, a vertical mouse is 100% mandatory.

Been using a vertical mouse for about 4 years now. It does take some time to get used to it, but once you do its like butta. In fact, around a year or so after I switched, I tried using a normal mouse... it felt so alien and actually physically hurt. I even noticed how much pressure accumulates in my hands/wrists when I'm typing on keyboard. And how much better it feels once my hand is back on the vertical.

Also notice more control over fine motion with the vertical over the standard, but its certainly possible this could just be a 'me' thing.

I've found that a vertical mouse is better for setups where you want many buttons on the mouse. Because the mouse has way more surface space. So my old standard mouse for complex setups looks like a nightmare and its annoying to use. Which makes sense considering the space limitation. But my multifunction-button vertical mouse doesn't suffer from that issue.

I'm not fat-fingering every freaking 3 seconds. LOL.

Honestly, I can't say enough good things about them. Hope this helped mate.
