"Failed to connect to instance"

When attempting to login to Fate of the Vaal league, I encounter "Failed to connect to instance".
This error affects ALL of my characters in Vaal league.

I've attempted restarting the client, restarting my PC, trying both standalone and Steam versions, changing servers - still encounter this issue.

Could you advise as to a possible fix?

I am also having the same issue.

I guess this is a good time to check out the new D2 warlock dlc....
