Trial of cunning (asc) reset, quest item lost

As the description says, I got the quest item for the trials of cunning for asc points 5-6. Upon reaching the last trial I had low Honor so I pressed that small button to cancel (or reset?) the trial.

As a result, the quest item disappeared. My question is, will it drop again? is there any other workaround to this? Is my glorious character screwed?

It will drop. Only 1st, green Djinn Barya has unlimited uses, next ones are one-time only.
