[Suggestion] Unique Talisman - "Vermin’s Plague" (Ratman Form)

I would like to propose an idea to GGG to add a new unique talisman in the next Content Patch 0.5 that transforms your character into a Ratman, a form that’s physically smaller and weaker than the Werewolf. This talisman also transforms your wolves into plague rats with poison damage. It would be fun to run around as the ratman!

Vermin’s Plague
New Unique Talisman
Grants Ratman Form (Shapeshift)
15-20% Increased Movement Speed
+8-15 to Dexterity
While in Ratman Form, you take 10% Increased Damage Taken
Your Wolf Companion Limit is increased by 5 and your Wolf Companions are replaced by Plague Rats. Plague Rats deal 50% of your Weapon Damage as Poison Damage on Hit
