Rewarding players through act bosses loot RNG tweak

It feels bad to defeat a boss, only to go back to camp and sell off the items because they were all bad.

The player market for items at lower levels is really bad. People are selling items for endgame currencies. Players who are new to the game have yet to come across 1 div let alone 100 of them.

Appease to the RNG gods and reward players with at least 1 class specific medium/high tier item for each big boss fight in the playthrough.

This would fix the market for lower levels, without needing to ever add lower level items to endgame.

The greed in the market is not good for the user experience of new players. Actually there are a lot of really nice and giving people in the POE2 community who are willing to sacrifice nice items, because they are super rich through endgame loot.

At the end of the day I don't think people would care if there was more abundance of items on the market for lower level builds. It is very sparse to begin with.

In fact most of us I think just want to speed run the campaign if we have already reached endgame on a character, that is the value proposition for these expensive low lvl items.

I agree the loot generally sucks and it's not easy to buy the better equipment for low-level chars if you're that late to the game.

However, for most builds it should be no problem to get to endgame using mostly leveling uniques and the occasional good item that dropped or the occasional good item you can still buy from the market for cheap.
funny thing that there is already first kill loot buff, but loot system especially dedicated drops (in favor of rmt and trading) in general just sucks badly
yeah that's fine but ideally it should be class specific,

obviously anyone would be more excited about an item if it was a good one they could immediately use or a good one at a higher level they can work towards. Something like that should definitely only drop once per first kill of each big boss.

In any case it would be rewarding to the player regardless of experience or prior lvl.

I agree, i'm currently running with uniques and have a lot of currency except i'm not going to spend 1 div for a lvl 20 wand. That's insane, I cant believe the price of gas is so high in this poe economy!

Even with Uniques I still need something to replace them that is part of my core build eventually.

Might as well have fun during the Acts even after already completing them before.

The economy, blablabla we want low gas prices.
