Oisin Oath Bug

Hello, does Oisin Oath have bad wording or it is not working with items that say "Leeches 5% of physical damage as mana" it doesnt say physicial attack damage, only physical, wich should be convereted to elemental damage, therefore all builds with this mod should leech elemental damage as mana.
