Picking up Items feels Awful for people who can't handle picking up more than a few items.

The original method of picking up items is either point & click or picking each one up individually with the assigned button in console/pc.

The only option I've seen so far is the ability to disable picking up items entirely, but I don't see any for consolidating drops for those of us that don't need to see a "loot explosion". Nor do I see any option to mass pick up items of the same kind (also an option). On pc it's insufferable to pick up every individual thing. Especially for when you walk towards the item. This is the same when I play on console, equally insufferable.

I have problems with picking things up in normal act gameplay, not just maps or later game content either. So it would be nice if there was a feature to let me bind pick up to just pick up the nearest item group on PC just like you can on Console already.
