Omen of Resurgence QoL Improvement

Omen of Resurgence often becomes a death trap as, when it procs, I off and on simply do not see the little text message that tells me that has occurred. As a result, should I die on the same map, I lose the full 10% of experience. When I do notice it, by contrast, I abandon the map, ensuring that I do not suffer the full exp loss.

Suggestion: Have the proc notification for the Omen of Resurgence be so prominent as to be unmissable. Perhaps a special on/off button in the Options menu could be put in for those who want a clear signal, while those who like things the way they are can continue playing without any changes.

P.S. Personally, I feel the Omen of Resurgence and Omen of Amelioration should each be able to proc once per map, not just one of them in total. That's just my opinion.
