precursor beacon in towers

Either make the precursor beacon spawn where the boss spawns, and when you kill the boss you can activate it

Or

Remove that beacon entirely and auto-activate the grand project tablet benefits when you kill the boss, plus have him drop a guaranteed tablet


Why do you want us to always walk an extra mile to that beacon?

I sometimes forget it and when I close the map the grand project benefits are not applied even though I killed the boss and the tower cannot be run again with the grand project

Such an unnecessary system.

I'm not fat but fit in real life and afaik none of the character models for players are fat.

My memory is pretty good, which is projected onto my character, it doesn't really act on its own.

So I don't think I need to walk that extra path all the time to activate a beacon.

I rather have the map being bigger and filled more with monsters, that is a different kind of feeling than walking an empty path to activate a beacon after you killed a boss.

not saying i'm disagree with you, there are much more things that players dont understand and dont want to see
mostly all such thing could be solved if devs will PLAY their game in a same way as players. not just to test something etc or for 1-2 evenings just for fun, but most devs dont do that. they are in business and the reason they make games is money, firstly. ofc i'm not saying it is bad or not , because no money - no games. but we have that we have. first they need to make money. until people pay - they wont change strategy.
any business understand only money language. no money - more changes.
so i wont buy anything from ggg until they switch a bit from business to players
ps. i bet 0.5 update will be not as great as many people think it will.
without class balance, performance improvement and bug fixing (especially those, which were reported for a long time) other new things will worth less that they could
