Halls Of The Dead - let us switch choices

So we get to Halls of the Dead, we pick a tattoo, and that choice is locked in forever.

In a game where I can summon meteors from the sky and bend reality with a skill gem, apparently removing ink is where we draw the line.

Yes, I know, "tattoos are permanent." In 2025 they aren't. In a magic-drenched ARPG universe they definitely aren't. If I can resurrect after being exploded by a boss, I can probably afford magical laser removal.

What I'm asking for is simple. In late endgame, let us switch between the options:

1) Lightning resistance and dexterity
2) Cold resistance and intelligence
3) Fire resistance and strength

On paper it looks tiny. "+5% resist" or "+5 stats." In early game? Whatever. In endgame? That tiny number is the difference between "cleanly capped" and "why is my build suddenly held together with duct tape and trade site searches."

I genuinely don't understand why this one thing is permanently locked while other choices in the game are adjustable. We can change decisions in Act 2 Valley of the Titans, Act 3 Venom Crypts, and even the Interlude Qimah elemental resistance. But this? Absolute destiny carved in stone.

I'm not asking to delete consequences or turn the game into easy mode. Just give us a way, even an expensive one, to swap the choice once we're deep into endgame optimization.

If I can reroll my entire passive tree, surely I can rethink a small stat/resist tattoo without remaking the character.

Let us switch it. Even if it costs a fortune. Endgame players will gladly pay.

Did they fix the Venom Crypts thing and you can switch it now? Awesome.

Me? I say power like his comes with a cost... and it's never the one wieldin' it who pays." - Delwyn, re: Doryani
