i need help for skill points

I think i didn't get the weapon set passive skill points after i have slain warden oswyn. Because i think if i did then in this screenshot it should show 24/24 rather than 22/24 as of now. I went back to check to see if i missed any dropped items but i couldn't see anything. Please help!

You get final two points when you complete all interludes, and talk to Sin(Hooded One) in Kingsmarch - he will give you the last book, and activate endgame.
