Guild Hideout disappeared

I was in a map with my wife, and when we went to leave we port out of the map and back to our guild hideout. We got an error that said "unable to create any instances". We had logged out and back in, and were in the Ziggurat Encampment. We noticed at that point, the icon on the right of the map to port to our hideout disappeared. It's been several days now and it still hasn't come back, so we're unable to use our guild hideout.

Last night I ran into a similar issue. After purchasing a new hideout and redecorating... about 30 minutes later it no longer seemed to exist. The endgame map icon to travel there was gone from all of my member's World Screens.

Today I messed around a bit and it looks like the game bugged out somehow and removed the hideout... as if we'd never had one set up.

To fix the issue, I just had to go to Alva, click on Select Guild Hideout, and once I selected a my desired hideout the game fixed our access to the hideout. Even our changed decorations were still in place.

This is basically what the leader has to do to setup a guild hideout to start with.
