Omen of Amelioration not working in Expedition

Hello, so i ran an expedition from my hideout the other day and i dont think Omen of Amelioration actually trigger there? I now read that only one omen per instance can be used but i am pretty sure no other omen was used in my instance. I didnt know you can type /bug in the chat to get a number so you can look at the issue, but i think its rather a bug that in general the omens dont trigger in expeditions.

Also while i was running expedition i lost server connection (which I assume was a problem on your end cause since i have very stable internet with a static IP) and the whole instance got destroyed. I lost multiple divines by that which made me quit expeditions cause i was so annoyed. on normal maps i can also log out and in again and you spawn at the same point you left off.
In this case at the beginning of the expedition, I couldnt portal back to town (where i knew that there was a problem already) but could continue playing for like a minute until i got disonnected. When i logged in I lost all loot and was back in my hideout without having my logbook or the portals open.
I am unsure whether it was a very unique server disconnection or that expedition currently doesnt have good enough back up if it resets (since as i said on other maps i dont experience these issues).
i think it happened the day before. i only ran expeditions in a short time frame in my whole account, so if you can still access the logs, you can surely see what happened. and I always have Omen of Amelioration on, so if i died and it didnt trigger despite that it should have, its def a bug.

I dont know if any of this is helping since i forgot to get a bug number, and maybe you cant recreate it. but anyway just wanted to let you know.
