Beacon doesnt spawn Monster that should be killed

Hey there,

some beacons doesnt spawn monster around so I can get crystals. I searched the whole area and spend 2 much time. There is simply no progress. Please fix it, since its the actual League Mechanic of the season and the bug exists since season start.
