[Intended/Bugged Behavior] Archer Transcendant

These constructs appear to be immune to Thorn's Retaliate damage, even when attacking a target that's wearing the Crown of the Pale King unique helmet.

Is this intentional? Are their attacks flagged with a 'Does Not Hit' property? Are they simply immune to Thorns?

Some clarity from GGG on this observed behavior would be great!
