Of course I have points.I've tried both the seasonal role and the role based on principles, but neither works.

If you have the Hunter role, you can give it a try. If you can reset these four talent points, then you're really skilled.

All other talent points are normal and can be reset.

I'll emphasize it again, this is a bug.

I just realized this is a PoE 2 thing. Id recommend the poe 2 early access bug reports or the feedback section there.
