Chaos trials completed but no points given

I completed the last ascendancy trials ( token said this trial level earn me points yes ) at 10 rooms level 79 but I didn’t not receive any points after interacting with the alter. I even tried to reset my points through the trial master and still nothing. How do I fix this?? I hate those trials so much I don’t want to do this again
