Help on Oracle Doedre's Undoing Build

I need help on the Doedre's Undoing tech.

As an oracle with 100% crit, I want to use a curse linked with Doedre to generate crit energy for comets or other spells. But I think I don't understand the tech. I hardly do damage even to white mobs, let alone generate energy for more than 1-2 percent of Comet. Tried various support gems and items (e.g. windscream for instant curse activation), but without success.

Below is my exported character. Not optimized at all, just switching to this build and wanted to get a feel for it before investing. Some skills like Tornado are placeholders. I only need feedback on getting Doedre tech working for now.
Of course on this budget I get that I cannot have multi-comet instaclear, but right now this is miserable. What am I missing?
