POE2 won't recognize my EA purchase (Xbox)

As the title says, when I log in after having bought the 30 dollar support pack, it tells me my account doesn't have access. Apparently there's a big going on where it's not recognizing purchases made on Xbox. Not sure how long this has been an issue but hopefully it's fixed soon.

I had the same issue. Bought the supporter pack via the microsoft store for the first time and couldn't play. Had to refund unfortunately. Hopefully we get a fix soon.

Bought for my brother and I so we could play. He’s Xbox I’m PS5, sadly it’s not recognizing his Xbox copy either right now. This sucks especially with it being the weekend.

It's day 4 of this error. Ggg blames Xbox and payment issues Xbox refuses to acknowledge the failing payments and is more focused on the game saves. Meaning it's probably not going to be fixed and is being taken off of Xbox until the 2 companies agree to different terms
