TRIALMASTER WEIRD BEHAVIOUR?

When I fought the Trialmaster on HC-FOTV he did an attack yelled "ULTIMATUM" and then... did nothing and let me kill him, he stopped attacking, he was just slowly casually walked around, I defeated him and got a nice gem (Ixchel's Torment) which I sold for 144 divines INSANE FOR HARDCORE IMO. That's surely not how he should behave right? Furthermore now I fought him again cuz I really like what loot he can drop and... HE DID THE SAME THING AGAIN, YELLED "ULTIMATUM" THEN JUST CASUALLY WALKED IN CERCLES... I'm saying this now cuz it seems GGG does not care about bugs, there are no direct contacts to report them and I don't want to get banned cuz they are not capable of writing a damn code :)

GGG YOU BETTER READ THIS BEFORE STARTING TO BAN PEOPLE THAT JUST WANT TO PLAY THE GAME IN A FAIR MANNER.

(IF BY ANY CHANCE THIS IS ACTUALLY HOW IT IS MENT TO BE AND ITS JUST AN "ABILITY" THEN WHAT IS IT DOING?)
