MS Problem

Hello POE2 Technical Support Team,

I’m experiencing a latency issue in Path of Exile 2 that I’d like to report.

While I’m in town, my latency is very stable and low (normal MS). However, when I enter any map, my latency suddenly jumps to around 400ms, which makes the game almost unplayable. The issue happens consistently across different maps.

Additional details:

Town latency: stable / low

Map latency: spikes to ~400ms

This happens every time I enter a map

My internet connection is stable, and I don’t experience this issue in other games

I’d like to know:

Is this a known issue?

Are there any recommended settings or server/gateway changes to fix this?

Is there any additional information or logs I can provide to help troubleshoot?
