TRADE WINDOW STILL BUGGED (FUCK3D)

I did quit the game months ago cuz after the campaign my trade window got bugged. Im pressing the alt but the details (tiers, ranges of modifiers) of items are not shown. It is extremely annoying, I cant trade cant buy items, it made me quit. I just came back hoping that it got fixed in the meantime, but apparently isn't. I would like to know when it is going to be fixed or how I can fix it, so I can finally play the game? And yes, I reinstalled the game but that changes nothing
