Shroud Walker - Limb modificatoin

Hello,

Not 100% sure how relevant this is due to not knowing if the Vaal Temple mechanic is going to stay for future leagues but I had the following problem occur which had a rather annoying outcome, making me lose all my limb modifications and a chunk of XP on my lvl 99 character.

As I entered the Limb modifier in the temple a mob from another room snuck in and my Headhunter shroud walker teleported me out of the limb modifier to the mob. Leaving me unable to move, attack or leave the limb modifier. I'm also not able to re-enter the limb modifier after going back.

Edit: It also bricked the rest of that whole chain permanently locking a door even after fully clearing that room.

Again not sure if this is a real issue for future updates but I figured it was worth mentioning.
