Vaal Temple Architect Bug

I am not sure if this has been posted about but I am super annoyed after spending 30 hours rebuilding my temple...
Once your temple has been full built the architect no longer has room to move anymore (~73-74 rooms across 3 chains). That is to say that once he is connected to a room and there are no more free squares that "do not also" connect to another room; he becomes locked into place. In my latest temple this was not the case. He was moving to rooms already connected. In fact he created a loop between my main chain and second chain by shifting next to the sac chamber, which subsequently caused my entire temple to collapse during a destabilization. This should not have happened for two reasons. 1. Once there is no longer any free spots to move Architect should NOT be shifting around 2. The Sacrificial Chamber SHOULD destabilize PRIOR to the full destabilization (once Atziri has been run) and not after. If that is the case then a loop would not be possible as that room should be removed first. It is a simple order of operation. Even if point #1 is an intentional change my point about #2 still stands. In no world is this a desirable behavior where you would intentional destroy the room AFTER the full destabilization. I've run into this situation before when a loop was created on the main chain and it did nothing. However now that it was the 1st chain and 2nd chain is caused the entirety of the first chain to destabilize. 30 hours worth of work down the drain due to a bug. This annoys me because I spent the week building this up to play with friends for the weekend. Now I do not think I have the patience to run another 1000 maps to rebuild it again.
