Trial of sekkamas couch co-op third ascendancy bug

My wife and I were doing the third ascendancy and we were going through the trial and we got to the end with the scorpion almost got him dead then her character just acts like she died even though she still had full life and energy shield. We went to do the trial again and we were just trying to go through a trap and she gets hit and it acts like it killed her again but she still has full life and we still have a lot of honour it's making it impossible for us to do our third asscendancy.
