Long loading time

- I play on PS5 console
- game on PS5 client
- play on EU server

Most of the time, I get stuck in the loading screen forever... And once I get in a map, sometimes I don't see enemies attack animation

This known issue?
Is it my end or yours?
I only face this problem with Poe (both 1 and 2) ... Not other games online
