Copper Citadel cannot access loot

Loot dropped for me just as I entered Jamanra's arena, the gate closed and I could not loot it.

The boss fight finished in Phase 2 (desert area) and I could not return.

I entered the map again from the original portal and the bridge has been deleted.

11 Divine item dropped and cannot be looted.

Blink does not work, multiple characters do not work
