Game is not loading

Not sure what you hotfixed last night, but today I hang up on the loading screen, I can scroll thru game tips for ever.

I9 9900k, 32g ram, Radeon 9070 gpu. Nothing changed on my end, but today game won't load.

CPU screams at 100% load with GPU at 20% on a Load Screen. Why is your game taxing my CPU so hard?

Also am not able to change any Graphics Setting at Log In screen, it locks game up and I have to force close. Can't even change from Window mode to full screen. Already had to roll back driver a few weeks ago because the game would not load. WTF GGG?
