Crash to Desktop Trial of Sekhemas

Shortly after defeating the boss on floor 3 my game crashed to desktop as I was walking towards the shrine to pick up my third set of ascendancy points.

If the developers could somehow grant my ascendancy points so I don't have to potentially waste another hour of my time re-running that content again that would be much appreciated.
