Map view/mode where you can view different parts of the area

Please make a map view/mode where it is like the overlay map, but where you can view/drag around different parts of the map like the checkpoint map to view the different parts of an area.

You can do that with the overlay map. I don't know the controls for PC but on console you can hold down the overlay button, and use the right thumb stick to move it around. This auto pause the game.
