Loading Screen

So I tried to log in into my character and it seems that the gears keep spinning forever so I'm just permanently stuck in loading screen. I did try opening a new character and it seemed fine for him to access the game, but for my main character? spawning into home village or changing servers doesn't do anything

I take it that playing the game is just not an option.
