When kicking party members, why can they remain in the instance?

There have been various examples of this throughout my PoE2 playtime, but I'll just run with the fresh example from 0.4.

I have a crazy temple (that you begrudgingly let me build lmao) and I bring 6man parties through it every day for a variety of reasons. I like loot, I like treasure, I like gold, and I like XP.

I have only encountered 2 miserable human beings that behave like this, but when I'm getting absolutely griefed by some random cuckold who ninjas loot, who breaks off from the party to run the other path in my temple alone and tank the experience for the entire party, why do they get to stay in my instance when I party kick them?

If I'm getting trolled (and I pay people who run with me as temple leechers, it's not like I'm putting anyone out), why is there no agency for me to stop getting trolled? Seems like it shouldn't work like that.

I've encountered an asshole and now I need to just endure it and let them do whatever disruptive thing they want to do unless we all abandon the 30 minute activity early? In this case, throw away the crystals I generated for temple by (barf) mapping? I didn't even want to be in a single map in POE2 in the first place, mind you. I loved having an actual aspirational endgame activity that's not mapping, but I HAVE TO map to do it. Then there's the time everybody else sacrificed to be in the run and to participate, also tainted by one asshole's bad behavior.

Please let us exile (lol) these assholes if we so choose. I shouldn't be forced to be griefed by people who have no decency or tact. Reporting them is not effective.

+1 they should always be removed from instance (possibly returned to their own hideout)
And who gave you right to destroy someone's play? From the moment Somebody enters map room he aquire rights of this play despite being not the Leader. So be patient and kick him in next map. In fact i believe inside maps noone should have the right to remove you from party. It's undemocratic and Devs should undo it in later patches.
Come to think of it, them staying "in your game" goes against the spirit of kicking someone from the group
What kind of logic is that dude? If someone is being an asshole, your opinion is that they should have every right to do that because removing them from a group is undemocratic? I don't remember voting my party members into existence... wtf are you talking about lol.
don't kick your member
"get trolled"...

you invite ppl, because you love loot xp and etc... and you got "trolled"...

you need to play alone.
