Unbind Blink and Dash

Unbind Blink and Dash. I absolutely cannot understand why you would put Blink and Roll/Dash in the same slot. The current Blink is the absolute worst version of the skill I have ever seen in any game. I'm level 99 and I still die because I Blink directly into a pack of monsters, get stunned for 5 seconds, and get sent home. Was the person who came up with binding Blink to Dash dropped on their head as a baby?
