Hideout customization idea/feedback POE2

I havent played anything similar to PoE before so maybe this idea isn't what most poe players want/care about but I love customisation options in games and when my partner told me hideout customisation was a thing I was so excited only to find out that majority of it is behind paywall. Apparently, there's so much more potential for customisation in PoE 1, why isn't it the same for PoE 2?

Anyway, my idea is what if items for hideouts could drop as loot, similar to how you can unlock hideouts from specific maps?

Expanding customisation options could potentially attract more players as well. Not intending to stereotype other women, but as a woman myself, I can't tell you how many games I have considered playing largely because of their customisation potential, it's just a very fun feature in many games imo. And especially in PoE2 endgame, continuously grinding and running map after map, sometimes you just want to do something else for a bit while still playing the same game.

Adding customisation items as loot would also add interest for those who enjoy collectibles in games. If running maps could get me cute items to display in my hideouts, I'd be fully addicted to this game lol

I'd really like this too. So far, they've only used hideout item rewards as part of marketing campaigns, like "Watch an hour of a Twitch stream and get a stash skin." I'd love it if you got a permanent Vaal-themed item the first time you killed Atziri. Or maybe that's the free tier, and if you pay for the league MTX, you get a set of items after completing league challenges.

To be clear, NOT ARMOR SETS. Knick-knacks that are visible in future hideouts no matter what the current character is wearing.
