Run alts through ascendency trials

I wish there were a way to unlock Ascendancy points on an alt through you main (i.e., carry your alt). Right now the only workaround is paying for a carry or finding someone to exchange runs, which doesn’t feel great. I could easily carry my alts, and wish you could do this one time for each alt.

Just out of curiosity, is the reason why you want an easier path to unlock automatically for your alts, is it the time investment in running the trial? The difficulty of running trials on a fresh alt? You just don't feel like it (lack of motivation)?

That’s a great question. Truth be told, somewhere around levels 92–95 I start to get bored. The only itch I really have at that point is trying a new build or a new character. But when I think about running the campaign again for the umpteenth time, it starts to feel like a slog. That usually ends with me just doing something else instead.

For whatever reason, I find "twinking" more engaging for alts as it allows me to play off builds that are not meta for a time. So an early 8 ascendency points allows a deeper dive into that. It is not that I cannot grind multiple times. I have multiple 95+ across the seasons. It is that I do not want every aspect, in this case alts, to be a grind and that "twinking" keeps me playing longer and trying different things after the end game becomes redundant.

Starting in version 0.1 I was able to use the couch co-op feature (on console, with two controllers) and carry myself when making a second toon.
