Player skill effects visuals

Either tone them down (by a LOT) or let us turn them off/down, or make enemy effects appear on TOP of them.

It is currently literally impossible to see any of the visual effects, especially on bosses, that you're supposed to avoid. If you want boss fights to be reactive and souls-like, then we need to be able to see the ground, and on certain builds that's just not possible.
