Delirium counter not appearing

When playing Delirium Maps (no matter if by tablet or random), the counter for the Delirium level which indicates the amount and quality of the rewards is not showing up. Also, no liquids seem to be dropping.

Was wondering about this too. Has something changed about the way this works aside from the atlas nodes ?
