HELP - Blink puts me in sprint against my will!

I have tried all the strategies people suggested like using Considered Casting to lower the cast speed, tapping the spacebar really fast, disabling "keep sprinting while moving," and yet I am still having the issue that whenever I blink, my character immediately goes into the "I'm recovering from a sprint" animation and gets heavy stunned. How can I disable the Sprint mechanic entirely?? It is ruining my build!
