Vaal tempel spy master bugged?

hi, please buff droprate of spy master.

after the changes i know spy master would be more rare but i just runned 60 rounds in the tempel and at run 57 i got 1 spy master. i used over a week and just 25 rooms in. this is so bad i am thinking of just giving up on the game now after all the hard work in the tempel there is no reward for the work i have put in.

used 2 weeks of destoying permanent rooms, then farming crystals, and little over 1 week of building rooms. and 60 tempelruns and only 1 spy master.
