Rage Bug?

PoB says I have 48 maximum rage. I count my + to maximum rage from the atlas tree and it also adds to 48 maximum rage. It was fine yesterday but now in a map my rage says 30/30. My stats are all good, my gems are all good all gear ok, relogged, I just cant find why this is! any answers?
