PC Controller (Xbox Elite S2) Navigation

When navigating around my inventory using the Xbox elite series 2 controller on PC, the cursor will jump from the bottom row of my inventory to the top right stash tab.
This happens when using the left stick to navigate left on the bottom row through the empty slots, but when you hit an occupied slot, the cursor jumps across to the stash tab.
Once this has happened, subsequent attemps work okay, then running a map and returning, the bug will happen again.
