​[Suggestion] Kingsmarch: Royal Appraiser NPC (Price Checker)

I would like to suggest a new Kingsmarch NPC called "Royal Appraiser." This NPC allows players to scan an item to receive a real-time market valuation based on current Trade Site listings, in exchange for a Gold fee.

​Why do we need this?
* New Players: helps new players participate in economy.

​* Gold Sink: provides another meaningful gold sink to game.

​* Console Equality: gives console players a "built-in" price checker, which equals playing field with PC players.

​How does the appraisal work?
​Players would interact with the Appraiser NPC and place an item into their UI window. The "Price Check" isn't just a single price; but shows a price confidence range.

I imagine price fixing or trolls destroying this system and people spamming the forum that ggg lied about the price and them losing an item

It's the same functionality that the overlay mods already do
.. So I don't really get your point.... Console players aren't here to be farmed.

Why so complicated?

Just allow us to copy&paste the item's stats +/- 20% values directly into the in-game market search filter.

No need for fancy NPCs. That we all still have to rely on 3rd party screen readers is ridiculous. The client has all the data it needs, you can LITERALLY copy and paste items that way into filterblade already now.

Just parse the data and make searching for the item that dropped more convenient. 80% is already there.

Agreed, this tool would help new players and console players alike to participate in the market.
