invisible Medallion in Temple

This keep happening to me, i am doing a Temple run and have medallion not looted yet. My friend invite me for some trade, i accept the invite get out and trade. I leave the party When i enter the temple again my medallion are invisible but i can see them on the MAP.

bump. I have exact same issue and live search on trade stopped working at the same time, submitted a ticket but they keep telling me to post on forum.
