Temple non dropping any type of medallions

Hi,
i did another character and started building a new temple , kill the first time the architect and he drops me the first +energyzed crystal capacity.
After that , in like 40+ more run ( with 20+ random rooms ), i haven't found any type of medallions from any room ( even if i have one spymaster at level 3 and run it more then 30 times).
So how I am suppose to do build a temple without medallions? Or am i missing something?
