Trials of Chaos - monster unreachable [#3883578289]

I was doing Trials of Chaos and the monster spawned on the exit platform. I have no skill I can use to teleport to the monster and I cannot target the monster. It makes the "Defeat all the Monsters" challenge impossible to complete.
