"Glowing orb" boon does not function correctly

I got hit by a slam the boss did. Causing my health to drop below 20% and trigger the boon. However even though my character was healed, the honor was not restored. Putting me in a bugged state where i my character is laying on the floor, stuck in the death pose. No overlay for respawning/ "You died" appeared either.

My pet keeps auto reviving and damaging the boss, while the boss also functions as normal. It seems only the first part of the boon activated, but the second part of restoring my honor, bugged. Leaving my character in a vegetative, unplayable state. While the rest of the game goes on as normal.
