Disappearing MTX Shop with Repro Steps

Been encountering the disappearing MTX shop that has been reported a few times. Steps to reproduce 100% of time:

Pre-req: Have 1 or more armor in wishlist.

1) Log into a character on either Steam or stand alone client.
2) Open the shop.
3) Preview at least one armor (I used body armor).
4) Return to character select screen.
5) Log into another character.
6) Open the shop.

Expectation: Can proceed to preview armor on the different character. Can preview wishlist items on the different character.
Result: The Shop button doesn't do anything. The wishlist says "Your wishlist is currently empty."

Closing the client and logging in again will allow the shop to work again for one character and for the wishlist to once again show the armor wishlisted in the pre-req. Can repeat the steps above with character 2 and see the shop disappear for character 1.
