Bug Immortal Scorpion from Elite Legio Room Vaal Temple

This Scorpion I believed can only be "killed" by the elite standing in the middle of the room, I sometimes actually see it aggroing on me making it move before being "executed".

So what happened was somehow it came out of his room, and the elite didnd't.
Pretty much ruined my whole temple run there.... shit ass bug, please find a fix for it, either remove it or actually make them locked doors work..
