Lost my items after timeout issue

Hello, in the last 2 hour i got 2-3 times disconnected from the game, last time around 17:15 UTC +2 i was in map and i got disconnected again, but this time with timeout issue and i when i login again, my inventory was empty from items that i picked up. Im in Frankfurt realm
