Large text saying to kill architect when not in the Vaal Temple

Every once in a while, I'll enter an area, and the objective text that comes up in the middle of the lower part of the screen tells me to kill the architect. My most recent instance of this was upon entering the Scorched Farmlands in the Interludes.
